Aero Flight looses AOC effective 01/11/05

The Air Operators Certificate for AERO FLIGHT will not be extended. The german national aviation-board (Deutsches Luftfahrt-Bundesamt, LBA) last monday decided such as stipulated in by German aviation law.

Reason for this step is that AERO FLIGHT did not meet some of the regulations, though it was not mentioned which specific regulations.

Because of this AERO FLIGHT has lost its rights to transport people, mail or freight effective november 1st 2005.

The LBA has informed German tour operators and travel agencies so that travellers can be re-booked.

AERO FLIGHT only started flying the 12th of march 2004 after rising from the ashes of AERO LLOYD.
