Can anyone give me the daily list of Helicopter movements at LHR?
The reason I want them is just to find out about 1 helicopter.
Every day about 4 times in the day, a Blue chopper with a sliver line from front to back on it, flies past my house everday… it has just this minute flown past over towards LHR way, thats why im wondering if thats where its headed?
Anyone who can give any info on it or the LHR movements, I would be Extremely greatful. 🙂
Thanks all. 🙂

I don’t think there will be a schedule for helio flights. They have routes around and across London according to if they are single or multi engined types. Alan Mann Helicopters being based at Fairoaks will if going anywhere North head towards LHR. They are usually guided to the approach end of the landing runway and then cross between airliners. The clearence is called ‘special VFR’
If you have a airband radio it will be on 119.9 or 132.7.

Hi Andrew, yeah its the small reg in the hard place to see, thats annoying! I wish I knew where it was going everyday though…its always on the same flight path, and always flying to what looks like, in the direction of LHR.
Cheers for your info Andrew. 🙂

It must seem like Im doing far too much homework on this topic.
This is an abstract from the Blackpool airport spotters site…
Blackpool Airport, Saturday 15th September
“Apart from a lot of rain, there were a few movements on the main apron today. PA.28 G-EPTR and Agusta 109 G-PWER being the most notable – the latter arriving and departing under callsign “Alan Mann 1”.
Alan Mann offers a charter service for both fixed and rotor.

I think thats it.
It flies fairly low over my house, I Will just have to wait for a clear enough day so I can get the Reg of the side.
Thanks Mate for doing the research, very greatful for it. 🙂

This is the closest I could find, if so it gets around alot. I done a check on its reg, and it flies anywhere from Blackpool, Biggin Hill down to Shoreham and even Aberdeen!!

I too see this Helo when I see my g/f when she flies to LHR. I am currently trying to find a pic of it, I know its a Agusta 109 and its privately owned.

Yeah I see this everday too. 4 times daily it flies over. I actually did a seach for it last night on airliners.net but found nothing really. 🙁
It does bug me though when you want to find out what it is, where its going and who it belongs to, but you cant find anything on it! 😡
