I think you maybe correct on this. Identification isn’t made any easier by inconsiderate positioning of aero plane thingies. This happens at every meet we have! Even more inconsiderate is positioning of barriers far too close. At Waddington this year one of our members lost a unique chime recording from a Mr Whippy. It was lost due to some idiot in an aero plane flying over making a terrible racket. Some of our younger members dropped their ice-creams in fright. It really is intolerable! Thanks for taking the time to post these images and hope that you can visit and contribute to the websites in the future.

Picture 1. Definately a 1992 Bedford CF, with a Perkins 4108 engine. Noted on this model was a Carpigiani ice-cream machine, mix fridge unit, chiller and twin hand wash basins.

For those wishing to model the variant in the photograph. (Of particular note is the close up of the mix fridge unit)

Looks OK here A330.
I invested in Photoshop Elements, well worth it. My scanner sometimes reproduces lighter or darker. You can also easily resize. I spent a frustrating time trying to remove a burger bar from behind a Spitfire in one photo.
Fun fairs, ice cream vans, burger bars and in particular loudspeakers are a ‘natural hazard’ of airshows.

All the above pics are at this years Biggin Hill. This pic is BN230 the Hurricane at Manston.
Let me know what you think on how they have turned out. Thanks. 🙂

I like it. Not a huge change but makes a visual impact-Looks good.

A nice, small change and I think that change has made a dramatic difference to the drab livery currently in use.

IB needs a full makeover not to play with colours here and there.
By: LGWboy - 13th May 2003 at 15:19
To me it don’t really look all that different. Just the big IB on the tail, which I have to agree with EGNM, looks crap!
Although I still think Ibeari need to do something about their current livery.

not keen on that tail with the “IB”
