Can anyone shed some more light on what actualy ocurred with Maersk UK. It appears that it is remaining a BA franchise after a management buy out, and changing it’s name to Duo, but I can’t find anything else out???

As EGNM says. The airline was called Maersk UK because of its connection with the Danish carrier Maersk. After a buyout by the management they had to change name and they called it Duo, god knows what why this.
Anyway, will remain a BA franchise so we won’t see any new colour schemes.

Basically i think the parent company decided to sell off it’s UK branch, which was boughtout by its employees etc. Then they completed the breakaway by the namechange to Duo as far as i can see – it is rightly remaining a BA franchise
