As EGNM said they aren’t really that old.

All aircraft need repainting over a certain period of time and I’ve heard that both Monarch and MyTravel are only repainting when they are needed, so at the end of the day it could be next week or a few years!

I would love to see an A330 in the MYT scheme, lets hope it does happen!

you’d b best waiting for Wingflaps as he works for Monarch – i reckon they’ve still got a while left yet – they aint that old – their 757s in the main are older that the late build A300B4-605Rs

Oh, that’s a shame, the aircraft look a little incomplete at the moment, wearing just the original blue scheme and the MyTravel logo.

Any idea of the approximate cost of painting an aircraft of such a size?

They wont be painted any time in the near future.Have to wait until the cash problem gets solved.

God only knows, I am also wondering if MyTravel (regardless of their financial status) will paint their A330s in the new orange scheme?
