I live in Colorado and I subscribed to Airliner World back on December 25th. Key Publishing took the $60 from my account and I am still waiting for my first issue.
What’s taking so long?

Seems an extremely odd situation. They’ve banked the cheque, therefore, you must be on their books. It could just be coincidence that it’s been lost in the post 2 or 3 times(!!).
But oviously they aren’t going to work weekends and they will have to deal with other letters etc too. Give them a few days and see what happens.

Thanks for the welcome. Unfortunately the only reason I signed up was to make this post.
I emailed Key Publishing last Friday and have still not gotten a reply. Considering that this is an urgent issue, I’m deeply disappointed that I haven’t even gotten an email saying that they will work on the issue.
All I care right now is for them to realize the problem and send me my first issue. I don’t care if they extend my subscription or not. All I care is that I get what I paid for. This is the most expensive magazine I have ever seen but signed up anyways because I enjoy reading it in libraries and buying some issues off stands.

Perhaps Mr. Webmaster could put your problem through to the relevant department.
They’re a good bunch at Key Publishing. I’ve just about used up my second 1 year subscription and have been reading the magazine since January 2000.
I had a problem with my subscription last year and got in touch with them and they were very apologetic, extending my subscription for an extra 3 months at no cost to me.
Welcome to the forum by the way!
