I understand Monarch and Jet2 are launching new services to Med destinations from Blackpool. Good news for the airport and local area, but having travelled earlier this year with Ryanair to Girona from Blackpool the terminal could barely cope with the passengers.
I didn’t find it a pleasant experience, and wondered if some expansion is planned ?!
