Caught the tail end of this on the news the other day, something about one of the big airports …Heathrow ?…increasing charges to the airlines by 40…yes forty !…percent, but said it wouldnt affect passenger air fares….hmmmm, yes, and the World is flat as well !
Anybody else hear about this ?

I heard the same story……the increases are to cover the costs of the expansion of the airports/infrastructure according to the BBC. I’m sure it said that the new charges were worked out between the BAA and Civil Aviation Authority…..Anyone know more?
