I just read a report from the on-line edition of a Philippine newspaper regarding the naming of a new official Flag Carrier for the Philippines. The airline is “CLA Transport Corporation”……..What? You’ve never heard of it? But its been allocated slots!
But no, it doesn’t exist. The Transport Secretary is attempting to remove the egg from his face.
