Spirit airlines adopted a new scheme this year. This is the scheme on a MD-90 with the new “eyebrowless” cockpit. Enjoy!

At first I thought my PC hadn’t downloaded the picture fully which was why it was so ‘blocky’!

Bhoy,
Thanks so much for posting your pics. I went to Spiritair.com to check out their colors. The site is blue, while pics show both. I did the more purple scheme as it is how the airplane looked flying overhead on the LaGuardia approach.
TS: Spirit Air is reg sched low cost airline with New York City LaGuardia airport as its hub. They fly to a limited number of key cities in the USA…If they grow, I would love to see a Boeing 777-300 flying in their color too. Meanwhile, only a fantasy sketch will have to do. 🙂
Regards,

Not familiar with the airline but it’s a nice colour scheme. I’m liking the way that the little blocks are various shades of purple.
Can we see it in the flesh?
