The aircraft from which the photo is taken has just landed (either on an intersecting runway or a parallel one and taxied off) but the speedbrakes have not yet been stowed after auto-deployment.

that top one – whats happening – is the a/c the photo i taken from just landing with the flaps and airbrakes deployed? – where is it taken and i hope it wasn’t an intersecting runway!!
