The french post issued this year a stamp about aviation, and asked which one should be displayed on the stamp. The answer was: Concorde. So it was done. But now, it became cleat to someone that the displayed Concorde was the one which crashed in Gonesse… And apparently, around 90% of all stamps are already sold!

Too late for that.
Apparently, Airbus Industries gave a picture. Usually, in these cases, the vehicle on the stamp is “stripprd” of all distinctive signs, but there, the person who modified the picture let the immatriculation (F-BTSC)…

I think that they could easily cover this mistake up by saying its a sort of tribute the victims of the crash?
