VH-NLH stays with Qantas till, April 2003, The aircraft has been painted white, As LAX controllers complained of it being mistaken for BA flight. The tail has a small amount of the livery. Here it is now.

As of late August when I was in Sydney, the BA 744 that was on lease in full BA colours, was still flying for QANTAS. Interesting how QANTAS, once a very loyal RR customer, has started opting for GE engines lately, as is noted in this A330, as well as the GE powered 747-400ER’s they have on order.

Qantas still has VH-NLH on lease from BA while the 744 fleet undergoes interior changes.

Im was very fond of that c/s too T5 but now that they have applied those red stripes to the side, I have gone off them a little.
And like Bhoy said there’s nothing wrong with the A330, its kicks A** :p

Star Airlines of France is also to operate the A330, one of which is an Ex- Air Transat.

There was only one and thats going back,if not already to BA.G-BNLH/VH-NLH was leased in 2000 for 17 months.

the QANTAS A330’s are to replace the 9 B767’s that are on lease from British Airways which are due to be sod back 2 boeing from next year.

The swiss one get my vote here, great aircraft for a start, nice clean looking c/s, and an all round very dramatic looking shot. 🙂

Again with the A330,thats the first picture of Qantas’i’ve seen.Are they going to be used on doestic or Asian routes?
