Have anyone else seen that Shell/KLM airmiles giveaway?
You collect these small cards with half names of destinations at the petrol station, and if you get two cards that spell one name you get air miles equal to that destination!
I think i’ve must have collected 40-50 of them, and still no match 🙁
Maybe someone wants to trade? Doesent say anything in the rules about that 🙂

Yes I have seen this offer. My mum and dad each have Shell pluspoints cards, you get a point for every litre of petrol you put in your car.
Between them they have 19,000+. Well the offer that they get is with BA, and in the offer, there is the chance to fly on Concorde to JFK from LHR, for 13,600 points. Its always been a big ambition of my mum’s to do this, but she doesn’t want to go alone.
Some of the airmile requirements for the flights are excellent, 250 airmiles to fly to Amsterdam, 500 to fly to Zurich and only 5000 to fly to some parts of the USA.
Quite a good offer I think, but I can’t help but also think there must be some sort of catch here, for example, its something like 4,500 airmiles to fly to Toronto, but the airmile requirement used to be 8,000 miles???
But who knows, perhaps this is some kind of publicity stunt to get people flying again?
