Have a look at a few of the press releases for Manchester Airport. Although the site may be bad, the news area will usually supply you with this information. Here is another site you might be interested in:

Thanks. I have already found the technical aspects, but still no information about cargo and passengers figures, movements and so on for 2002.

Have to agree that the official site is crap, too flash and very difficult to find anything at all.
Can’t find passenger or cargo figures but what techical info do you need? May be able to help there.

Hi m8
welcome to forum, let me know what you think of BMI to Chicago. I would like to try them out to the US. I flew AA once from MAN to CHI and back and wasn’t impressed. BMI have nice new A330s as well, I have frown on an Aer Lingus one DUB-BOS and back and that was very pleasant.

RE: Manchester Airport
Hi there new member!
The bmi flights tend to go from T1 – which landside has very good facilities and a lot of cafe’s restaurants – Burger King, Harry Ramsdens, usual cafe type thigs, as well as a good variety of shops. From what i can remember once airside there isn’t much there – just duty free and a cafe – but has very good views if u can manage to convince security to go for a wonder down the pier (i call it Gate 22 pier but don’t kno it’s proper name!) as from their you can also view T2 and the cargo area/FLS hangers. a/c wil be either G-WBBD or WWBM.
