Here’s a quiz for you to enjoy. No doubt I’ll be defeated yet again. I’ve never been successful and beaten anyone on the forum with them!
There images attached below. The number on the image goes with the relevant question, so image 1 goes with question 1 etc.
1. Identify the airline and the aircraft…
2. Identify the airline and the aircraft…
3. Identify the airline and the aircraft…
Sorry for the lack of variation in the questions! Here’s a question though. Read this text taken from an abc publication and tell me which former airline it is:
4. This airline was set up in 1994 to take over some of the commitments of the defunct Ambassador Airways. Two of the latter’s Boeing 737-200s were acquired for IT operations starting on 17th December. UK airports served: Gatwick, Luton, Manchester and Newcastle.
5. Following on from question 4; Some of the aircraft from the mystery airline went on to fly for which British Airline?
ANSWERS WILL BE POSTED LATER TODAY!

RE: IDENTIFY THE AIRLINES :: Quiz
I’ve just realised that question 5 appears quite confusing. Whe I say they went on to fly for another airline, it was a completely new airline. For example, some of the Flying Colours/Caledonian aircraft went on to fly for JMC if you get what I mean? The airlines mentioned, as far as I am aware, never operated at the same time.
