Iberia luggage caos

What we are having over here is a huge luggage caos in all Iberia flights involving A320. Flights leave without luggage, these arrive later, and they are piled in all the Spanish airport, delays, cancelations and so on. Spain in different and everything could happen. Spanish Civil Aviation have detected failures in the maintenance of the internal panels of the luggage holds. It seems that the repairs hasn´t been certified by Airbus and these have been repaired under Iberia´s self engineering procedures since Iberia purchased the Airbuses. Now, it seems that Iberia will replace all these panels. BUT other indications suggest that the Pilots trade union is pressing again the management team for a new labour agreement and deliberately are not loading the cases to create caos. I feel this second theory very accurate. Always causing inconveniences.
