A little help please :)

Could you tell me where these pictures are taken, I know there at Heathrow, and from near terminal 2, but you can clearly see that the pictures are not taken from the viewing area.

Can anyone tell me where they are taken. 🙂 Or do you think it would be a better idea to get it touch with the photographer?

Thanx very much.

Clearly Dan330 was right. But there are certainly some nice close up shots of BA and Virgin there.

Dan and T5, I contacted him and he said he took his pictures in the Long stay car park that is on the perimeter road. 🙂

What I suggest you do is use the facility on Airliners.net to contact the photographer, in this case, Derek Pedley and ask where he takes the photographs from.

Maybe he just has an incredibly long zoom lens?

RE: A little help please 🙂

I’ve got a pretty good idea that they were taken from the Pink Elephant car park. There was a big discussion about it when Travolta was due in, but I think its very expensive and minimum stay was something like 14 days.

Nice spot though, two of only few shots I’ve ever seen at LHR where aircraft look close, they usually always look so distant.
