After independence of the British East African colonies, East African Airways changed it’s registrations from VP- to the individual country registers of Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania, 5Y- 5X- and 5H-. Does anyone have a cross reference for the EAA F-27’s from the VP- register to the post independence register?

I dont have any reference to the cross reference but ex-EAA F-27s are resting in a derelict-looking condition in Jakarta-Indonasia with a few other F27/28 and Viscounts.
