I’m sure they were able to re-book the pax on other Oneworld carriers, or even Star Alliance members! My NZ flight from SYD to LAX was cancelled one time, and they rebooked me on QF, via AKL. Both UA flights were more than likely fully booked.

There was a very minor fire in the cargo hold.The plane will resume it’s flight later on sunday.

Digital camera I suspect.Also A.net accepts new airlines,aircraft, crashes,etc quicker than other photos,so in this case the photographer got them on very quickly.

The first pic shows the a/c coming back into Sydney and the second shows the a/c being surrounded by fire crews.
