Went to Farnborough today and have to admit that it was fantastic. It was the hottest day of the year in England and the sun was shining all day!
I managed to shoot 4 rolls of film but had a slight muckup when I shot it at the wrong ISO! I’m going to seek advice before sending them for developing though.
The A318 was absolutely brilliant and performed twice so did the A340-500. The static A340-600 was also brilliant and it was great being allowed to get so close to such a large aircraft.
There was also a static SAS and America West commuter on show and these were also really good to look at.
My pictures are on their way, just give me about 2 weeks and I’ll get them sorted.
The programme for the event was £6.00 – a sort of reasonable price but it was of high quality, and to my amazement, the one and only Key Publishing compiled it!
