UK ATC can't cope!

It’s crazy – we’ve recently opened the new Swanwick Air Traffic Control Centre which deals flights within England. Yesterday, ATControllers supposedly said that there was a slight risk because of the workload being put on them. Some may ask, why is Terminal 5 at Heathrow being given the go ahead when there is going to be delays and possibly cancellations because of Air Traffic Control Problems?!
