As easily as any other company – there are no special requirements.
However to sell the aircraft you manufacture to customers you will have to complete your country’s particular certification process, which is usually said to involve generating a greater weight of paperwork than the intended MAUW of the aircraft.
A good start is to stop calling them ‘planes’ as these are basically woodworking tools and confusion can arise.
