FLS Aerospace To Maintain Thomas Cook Airlines A320s
Thomas Cook Airlines Belgium has signed with FLS Aerospace for maintenance on their A320 aircraft until end of October 2004. Under this new contract, FLSA will perform all ‘C’ checks and provide Technical Services and Component Management Support.
These services will be provided for their three existing A320 aircraft and for a further two A320 aircraft which will join the fleet temporarily. The checks will be provided at FLS Aerospace’s Dublin facility, while the component requirements will be managed by the Stansted facility and distributed from FLSA’s major component distribution centre at Heathrow.
These aircraft were previously owned by UK charter carrier, JMC airlines, whose parent company is also Thomas Cook and for whom FLS Aerospace also provide maintenance services.

RE: FLS Aerospace to support Thomas Cook Airlines
I believe that JMC actually run the Thomas Cook operations and they run off of JMC’s AOC

If JMC Airlines rebadge as was suggsted a few days back, do you think its likely the airline would take the Thomas Cook Airlines name?
Personally, i think the JMC image is nicer than the Thomas Cook one but I still like the livery and logo of Thomas Cook – maybe the UK Airline version would be red instead of blue as per their travel agent retail outlets across the country..
