Dear Forumites,
There are numerous approved propeller fitments for the O-360 engine, but equally there are a number of new manufacturers setting up who will make bespoke propeller units for engines, both for EASA types as well as PtF and experimental kit planes.
I’m looking ideally for a wooden, but equally would look at a ground adjustable fixed pitch 3 blade propeller for the O-360, and I would welcome input from anyone who has flown with or knows people who have had any good experiences with any particular type and model propeller.
I could esily go with a four blade Hoffman, but the three blade would be more fitting. I wont be fitting a two blade, I really need the prop clearance!

I would probably avoid the Hoffmann 3 blader on the 360 as that’s the one the RAF keep losing blades off on their Tutors.
The latest incident at Cranwell was another blade loss I believe, as was this one

Three bladed prop ! I reckon a Hurricane scale replica would suit it best!

What Aeroplane??? Can make a big difference, not sure you will get the best out of a 0360 with a ground adjustable. My choice would be MT.

Craig Catto makes some of the best wooden/composite props for the homebuilt market.
He is very knowledgeable and has a great reputation for customer service, but you may have to wait in line a while for delivery.
In the certificated world, I’d probably suggest MT in Germany.

Go on the Vans Air Force forum ! There is plenty of experience on that with people hanging different props on the front of Lycoming 0-360’s.
