Dream Scheme Pics Please

To all you picture posters, can we please see some pics of the unusual “dream schemes” which different airlines have? I got the idea for this from the book in the online shop, and I’m sure others would like to see some. I once saw a Canadian plane which had an ice hockey player on at Manchester, and I’ve seen Wanula Dreaming of Qantas in Sydney, and I think they make a fun change and possibly even amuse people who are scared.

RE: Dream Scheme Pics Please

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 04-02-02 AT 08:56 AM (GMT)]Great photos!! Thanks everybody 🙂
I saw Ryanair’s Kilkenny (well, the tail and the top) at Manchester when I was in the viewing area, I think their schemes are eye catching. One of my favourites has to be the Disney Jumbo. Southwest’s whales was taking off from San Diego once, but I only saw it through binoculars so it wasn’t a great view.
I think the only “boring” Dream Scheme is Crossair’s “Hamburger Plane” – the MD80 painted all red with the McDonalds logo.
One really amusing one (I thought) was a Belgian charter plane with chocolates painted on.

RE: Dream Scheme Pics Please

I haven’t got any pics… but I’d also like to see some!! I saw a South African Airways aircraft painted in an unusual scheme at LHR in March 2001. Anohter scheme which sticks in my mind is the Southwest Airlines Killer Whale scheme.
