Great, the nicest colours ever. I think it was really silly replacing the rampant lion for the ugly JMC colours. If JMC don´t want Bcal colours fly, they should be generous and let others to revive the airline again. GREAT.

According to the magazine (Air Pictorial)it says,
‘BA is reported to have re-purchased the Caledonian Airways name adding to thought that it is considering re-launching a new seperate charter division.Caledonian dissapeared in 1999 when it was merged with Flying Colours to form JMC.’
I have sent a letter off to the editor asking if there is any more information about,but i doubt i will get a replie.

don’t British Airways already own the BCAL name from when they took them over???
I know Thomas Cook won’t sell the Caledonian Airways brand after the airline merged with Flying Colours to make JMC Air.
It is great seeing new charter carriers though, with their really good liverys and rubbish in-flight service. We have to love them….. 🙂
