I took a look at the guiness book site.
Definitely, yes!!! it is the smallest. (The pilot had to be a dwarf???)

The USA Bumble bee is the smallest aircraft piloted airplane.It is in the guinness book of records.

Maybe the “Cricri”, a small french plane. It is powered by two chainsaw motors, another version flies with two JPX turbines (meant for RC Jets)
