Could Ryanair be run by a computer, like Big Blue with wings? 😀
My theory is that the computer controls the prices charged so that a flight with a projected low load potential would have its’ fare reduced to fill seats. Conversely, high density traffic routes would have less discounted prices. This then achieves the object of the highest possible passenger load and a captive audience for upselling the frills.
These are the fringe profit bonuses of credit card charges, baggage surcharges, rail, car rental and hotel cross promotions.
No complaints about the service, we are getting what we pay for, just wondering whether any other members had had thoughts along these lines? :confused:
