BA World Traveller Plus

Anyone experienced BA’s new “super economy” version of World Traveller? Is it even out yet? BA has focused so much on premium paying passengers, its even added a touch of class to its economy service in this form! Please get in touch!

RE: BA World Traveller Plus

Much the same reasons. It being BA, and the onus they put on Premium rate passengers, I suspect it’s price will be around 30-40% higher than standard World Traveller prices, and hence not much lower than Club World prices (about 50% higher than World Traveller). Also, I have a chronic dislike of JFK. I’d much rather just go to EWR in Club World than JFK in World Traveller Plus.

As many people will have noticed BA has atverised its world traveller plus lately on national tv, but it then has it in small print that its only available on the LHR- JFK routes.
Because BA is now offering so much to people in economy at the moment I would not go for world traveller plus, unless off course it about £15, but I can’t see BA offering an upgrade that cheap.

I believe that at the moment, it’s only avaliable on 747-400’s between LHR and JFK.
I wouldn’t go for it myself.
