There’s a new radar replay concerning an infringement in Birmingham CTA but mainly CTR. It could have been stopped in the first few seconds at the CTA boundary with no real problems if the “118.050MHz/0010” listening squawk had been in use. See http://www.flyontrack.co.uk and click on radar replays
