Barbaric festival…

I realise that this post is absolutely nothing to do with avation. Also the posting of petitions may be frowned upon. However, this is one petition

This barbaric festival will go against the grain for any civilised person. Most certainly for any dog or animal lovers.
It makes me weep to think of my lovely faithful dog who died of cancer a month back at the age of 10. Then I read about this so called festival
which has been going on for years. There is not much we can do to affect the behavoir of these savages, but signing a petition by simply clicking on a button
seems to me is one small step in condemning and stopping these inhuman and cruel practices.
