Apologies for this duplicate posting.??..I posted it into Historic, Spotted thread at first….but then thought the quest as to identity etc may be better placed here.??
Spotted today at lunch time..1.05pm…high wing monoplane single with Floats…aircraft looked to be red or orange??..with white? floats… seen in the distance passing NW of Gunby, East Lincs….heading SW..
Any info’ would be appreciated…as it’s a long time since I’ve seen anything float fitted.:)
Thank you,
Clive.

It was G-WATR indeed, on the long flight from Scotland to Switzerland for a fly-in

Following my posting of this quest elsewhere.:o;..the suggestion seems to be G-WATR…which I suspect could well tally with our sighting..:)
