A/G advice

Hi All,
I would greatly appreciate some advice on how to get an “A/G Cert of competence”.
Is there:
1. An official place where I can get some training
2. Can I pay for some 1 to 1 training (any offers, anywhere with 90mins of London)
3. Or is it just a question of studying the relevant CAP’s.
