BA Catering Problem

As you all may have heard, BA have been having various catering problems. Well, just this week i had relatives coming to visit on a flight from Buenos Aires, Argentina, to Heathrow (EZE-LHR). This flight is a great 15 hours long flying on board the B747-400. As they told me, the service was good, but there was no hot food on board, only drinks and ham and cheese sandwiches and a few nibbles. Could you manage that long!!?? Luckily there was the individual t.v systems!
