It will be illegal to smoke in a car with children in it.( I wonder what happens if the children are smoking and the adults are not?) 😀
The only good news is most Police Forces are going to turn a blind eye to this offence.

Just sixty years too late to save me from the horror of being kippered every weekend by my two, heavy smoking parents in the family Morris Minor with the windows clamped firmly shut against ‘draughts’ and somewhat prior to the introduction of throughflow ventilation.

Quite true! But I can’t remember when I last needed a plastic bag from a supermarket or any shop so stuffed my car is with bags of every description!
But hopefully children caught smoking in cars will be let off lightly….;)
