French ULM?

Can someone help me by identifying the manufacturer and model of the microlight (?) in the attached image which was photographed at Cholet yesterday. If so, my thanks in anticipation.

You are correct it is a Evektor EV97 Eurostar or the Americans brand it a Sportstar.

They are made in Czech and there website is http://www.evektor.cz/at/en/eurostar-popis-en.html

It looks very much like an EV-97 Eurostar which was developed from a Poittier design in France. Hope this helps. It is marketed by Cosmik Aviation in England.
