Currently researching for my PPL, and I was wondering if I can claim back previous flying experience on dual control aircraft to count towards my hours? I’ll be able to meet the pilots from the flights to sign it off for me if need be.

If you’ve flown it and it can be verified I can’t see an issue. The problem comes if it was a while ago and you cannot remember what you did or you are very rusty.
If it was PPL instruction and it was a while ago then I’d be inclined to start the course again, however the hours can still be counted.
If the flights you did were not with a qualified flight instructor then I am afraid you cannot count them, can you give a little more info please 🙂
