On the basis that I am confident that I am unlikely to learn anything new from any politician of whatever creed over the next few weeks I’ve declared a personal moratorium on politics until 7th May. Anyone else of a like mind?!

I bet that’s what Obama says to himself, every night he goes to bed John.

If you think so little of them (politicians or anyone else who annoys you), then you’re correct, just tune them out.
Don’t give them any of your time, don’t let them ruin your day.
Enjoy your life, don’t let idiots who don’t know or care about you take up your finite time.

Same end result, Bob!:eagerness:

Not sure about a moratorium but a nice secluded cave on some remote island might do the job for me… :very_drunk:

If I hear Cameron say ” A vote for UKIP is a vote for Labour” one more time, I shall go mad 😡

I quite like to hear the lieing Bugg*e&s spout out what they will or wont do. Better than Sunday Night At The Paladium. Just a shame they can’t be arrested for failing to keep all their pre electorial promises.

I certainly will not! We’ve been in election mode for the last few months – one of the downsides of s fixed term parliament so it will all be more of the same promises and platitudes and tedious, tetchy interviews.
And I will miss anything new but I’ll take the chance!;)

So, you won’t be watching any political news or reading any newspapers eh !
I think that you’re right – there will be little of anything new but, if there is, you’ll now miss it !
