Nothing special as I had a few trips down to the big city over the festive period to see if anything was going on. There was a smallish Christmas market outside the Tate Gallery which was selling mostly food and drink from their stalls and down on the South Bank there was a larger Christmas market selling not only food and drink but craft items as well along with a Carousel and a little train that just went backward and forwards. In Leicester Square there was a fun fair with a slightly larger carousel. Street decorations seemed to be less visible than last year but Covent Garden had what I thought was the best display with their silver reindeer outside and baubles hanging from the ceiling inside the two halls. Plain, simple and impressive.
