EU Court Rules One-In-Four British People Are 'Disabled'!

Well, not actually ‘disabled’, just if they’ve eaten too much, so much that they can’t do their job properly, they will have the same rights as somebody who is actually disabled:

And we were worried that we were losing our competitiveness in the global market!

I expected much more consideration from fellow members towards those of us who are disabled. When you’re apparently sound in wind and limb it is easy to sit back and scoff.

My disability is of a type that cannot easily be seen or measured. That makers me an ideal candidate for receipt of an EU disability pension.

My disability is mental and can be traced to my enforced membership of the EU. There is a permanent cure which won’t add to the NHS’s budget and in fact could prove beneficial, in that if many with my disability, take this cure then our NHS could be less of an attraction to the world’s medical tourists.

It could be that many of the new ill (obese) might find that their ‘disease’ is connected to enforced membership of the EU as well. (This is getting better and better).

In which case, might they also qualify for a fat (sorry) EU pension ?

Someone suffering from a whole host of old/new diseases could scoop the EU jackpot !

Dyslexic? Can’t complete the forms
Anorexic? Not enough energy to get out of bed
Bulimic? Sick of the EU
Obese ? The EU are dealing with that
St. Vitus’ Dance? Compulsory ‘jigging’ to Ode to Joy
Carpel Tunnel/Tennis elbow? Obsessively checking the EU Budget

You can add to the list !

There is strong local evidence around here that a good percentage of the obese are burning up the pavements on mobility scooters!;)

Does that mean they can park in disabled spots and get a badge?

Not much difference than those who abuse themselves into invalidism by doing drugs and (especially) drink.
Not to mention the various fakers, goldbricks, scammers….
