Has anyone used these before? http://www.hetheringtons.co.uk/forsaleoffice/South-Woodford/2004 I’ve seen plenty of their sale signs out which looks promising, but I’d like some recommendations before using them.

Failing that try an online agent. A couple of friends and family members have had positive experiences. They charge a fraction of the conventional agent but you do your own viewings. Which some would say was an advantage anyway….

Are you buying or selling?
In my recent experience it is the individual agent rather than the name on the website that makes the difference; rely on your solicitor (and ask his advice) because he is working for you whatever happens.
If you are selling, the estate agent is your agent; if you are buying, the estate agent needs your money so you should get to call the shots, at least, try and approach it that way!
