Well done both! I can’t believe that I am putting myself through it all for a second time, it was bad enough at 17!

Well done to murph as well, although not too sure about not supporting British schools in this day and age, you’ll probably need a short course on British airspace, weather and radio before flying to a fly-in! 🙂

I fully agree with the latter. Unfortunately I went for cheapest price as quickly, leaving me some extra money to refine things…and learn the UK ways. Few lessons with an instructor will do me some good I’m certain!

He’s probably too drunk to be flying an aeroplane.

(hope he reads this so he can get in touch!)

Managed to get home quite easily actually, just frustrating delay in Atlanta meaning I waited there for around 8 hours total, then the most typically annoying passengers in adjacent seats etc etc.

Congratulations BEE BEE, you must be over the moon and so proud, we definately should have a fly-in now so all the new PPLers can join us and show us their shiny new…..er….brown wallet 😀

I’ll agree to that one…

Passed my skill test yesterday in Ormond Beach, FL.

Now, the hard bit…trying to get home!
