There are two great vintage fly-ins taking place the same UK Bank Holiday weekend of 26-29 May 2006:
G-VFWE at Keevil and the Quiberon Air Club Meeting (both are invitation only, but invites are available)
Anyone fancy doing both? I plan to do Keevil on the Friday to Sat am, then nip across for the Saturday evening hangar bash at Quiberon. Then perhaps a slow return on Sunday with perhaps an overnight stop at somewhere pleasant, with a return home to the UK on the Monday.

I am registered for G-VFWE with the Super Cub and hope to be there on the Friday, with Saturday and Sunday booked as “weather days”.
Quiberon is a lovely place to visit – I have been there on a number of occasions in several different aircraft and have always had a warm welcome. Not sure if I’ll get that far this time but you never know!
