Are you watching the new Blood and Chrome series that has just started, it’s the prequel to the Battlestar series and has Adama as a young pilot straight out of training and fighting the cylons, it’s on SciFi and if you liked the last series you will love this, there are 10 episodes and I thought the new pilot one is awesome.

Spoilers here if you never saw them
Yes and yes Hampden
In the remake of Battlestar which was superb (the one with the female Starbucks) they eventually reach Earth which is populated by a few primitives, (they had formed pact with the human bodied cyclons) the Galactica on it’s last jump to earth breaks it’s back, the human cylons give the cylons last base star to the metal cylons who disappear off to explore the galaxy. The humans and human cylons spread out all over the virgin earth to teach the primitives and form a planet, they decide to try to break the cycle turning their back on technology and sending the empty fleet and Galactica into the sun. As originally the populace of the 13 colonies came from earth, and were actually a human/human cyborg mix, though they did not know.
Voyager discover a Borg hub where they can travel through a transwarp conduit, an old future Admiral Janeway travels back in a shuttle that the Borg cannot touch to tell them the way home, when they enter the conduit the Borg try to assimilate the shuttle but can’t, future Janeway kills the Queen Borg and detonates the Borg hub collapsing the conduit behind voyager who is chased by a Borg sphere, the starfleet is waiting the opening and fire into the opening as voyager exits destroying the Borg ship and closing the other end of the conduit… And that’s about it… Home.

Your generosity of spirit is warming.
Its like the old joke – teacher asks if there are any idiots in his class and could they come and stand out at the front. Eventually boys gets up and stands next to him; teacher asks if he really believes he is an idiot and the boy says no, but he didn’t want the teacher to be standing there alone… Or something.
Haven’t heard it in a long while so have forgotten the nuances, but you get the drift.

I watched it last night Tony, and thought the new pilot, “Hush” was good, also a good story line. So your NOT alone…..but alone in the Universe, who knows?.
“The truth is out there”.
