Like a head but…the attacking object is relivily less affected than the object that is hit.
In this case…an under aged, uninsured, unlicenced driver crashes a car he has just stolen…and it’s OK???

Unfortunately, it is those that they take with them when they crash that is our concern.
As they don’t usually have any insurance, tis us law abiding folk who end up with inflated premiums.
It seems to be that the law breaker seems to survive more often than the others innocently involved,i wonder if it is the offenders car hits at it’s strongest points and the victims who are not expecting anything are more vulnerable.
