Wallis Gyroplane G-ARRT

Just watched a Vespa scooter documentary and this vehicle was shown which seemed to be attached to part of a scooter :confused: G-INFO shows that ‘RRT is registered yet the C of A expired 5/83. Anyone any further information? 🙂
