Hi, I want to become a commercial airline pilot, but I’m slightly red-green colourblind. I know I will fail the Ishihara test but do they still give you another chance with a lantern test?

Yes.
The lantern test has to be taken at the Belgrano (CAA Gatwick) at your own expense.
