Stripping the background from images.

This is a very good (free) utility for stripping the background from images.
I’ve tried it, and it works. For intricate objects you may need to zoom in and
change the brush size.

Upload your image.
Select – (red) and click around the outside of the image adding lots of red squares.
Select + (green) and click around the inside of the image adding lots of green squares.
Select a background colour white?
Tidy up by adding more green squares to correct any minor errors.
Click on download and save as.
