Dear Sir ,
I am an air force officer of Royal Thai Airforce. I work for Directorate of Aeronautical Engineering of Royal Thai Air force (DAE). I interested in the SF 260 TP project because I am doing the feasibility of the DAE project, modification of Allison 250-B17C to the Marchetti SF 260.
So I was wondering if someone please to share me some technical information as an informal connection between us. So the information I want from yours are items as follows:
1 What is the different between Allison 250-B17D an Allison 250-B17C. Modification Allison 250-B17D for SF260 TP (what to do?).
2 The SF 260 TP fuel system.
3 The modification of engine mounting.
4 The modification of engine lubrication system.
5 The modification of engine instrument.
6 The propeller information.
I hope someone could help me and share your knowledge. Thank you so much.
Sincerely yours,
dae_rtaf

The C and D subtype of the 250 have different power rating I think. Your best bet is to speak to someone at Rolls Royce and work with them.

That was always a nice looking machine but the turboprop makes it look even better as the nose always looked just that bit too short, at least this looks right
